Oxidizing Emulsion is a new generation peroxide developer. It contains keratin conditioners and oily components to protect hair loss during the treatment of hair and restores a natural look. Its ingredients add silkiness and shine to the hair.
Usage:
For hair dye:
Mix 2 parts oxidizing emulsion vol 40 with one part of hair dye for lightning by 3-4 tones
For streaking and highlighting:
Mix 2-3 parts oxidizing emulsion vol 40 with one part bleach powder (strong) and apply to streaks.
Caution:
Avoid substance contact with the eyes. In case the product comes in contact with eyes, wash immediately.
